Process:
Steam Ironing before washing- Soaking—Washing -Rinsing--Dewatering-Softening treatment-Dewatering- Steam Ironing-Drying- Steam Ironing and finishing
1. Soaking:
Water Temperature 40-45℃ (for dark color, water temperature is better at 30℃ ).
Liquor ratio: 1:.20, cashmere detergentt:2-3%, bulking agent: around 2%.
Soaking Time: Dipping in stationary state for 15-30 minutes in general and time can be adjusted depending on your requirement of hairy effect. Soaking deeply can strengthen the filling power of garment and improve the hand feeling, also can reduce the suede while improving the anti-pilling grade.
2. Washing:Stir for 3-5 minutes after soaking (rotation rate: 28-30/mins
3. First Rinsing: Water temperature is better at 30 ℃ in the first rinsing, which is good for removing washing agent.
4. Second Rinsing: Use normal temperature water in the second rinsing and try to rinse clean the remaining detergent.
5. Dewatering for 4-5 minutes
6. Softening treatment:
Liquor ratio: 1:20, water temperature: 40-45℃, softening agent: 3-4%, smoothing agent: 2-3%,
soaking time: around 20-30 minutes and time can be adjusted depending on your requirement for different finishing effect)
0.5-1% antistatic agent can be added depending on pilling condition.
7. Dewatering (with rotation rate at or more than 1100PM) is better for remove remaining agent.

9. Drying: temperature:70-80℃, time: around 20 minutes

Specifications for 3 times of ironing of worsted knitwear
1. First steam ironing aims to keep the flatness of the knit panels before treatment.
2. Second steam ironing is a key procedure for removing the scratch from panels under hot and moist condition.
3. Third ironing is the last step of finishing for garment final size and style.
