1. Soaking:

Water Temperature 30-35℃ (for dark color, water temperature is better at 30℃ ).

Liquor ratio: 1:.30, cashmere detergent agent:3-4%, bulking agent: around 2%.

Soaking Time: 30 minutes in general ( time can be adjusted depending on your requirement of hairy effect. Soaking deeply can strengthen the filling power of garment and improve the hand feeling, also can reduce the hairy effect while improving the anti-pilling grade.)

2. Washing：Stir for 5-10 minutes after soaking (rotation rate: 28-30/mins

3. First Rinsing: Water temperature is better at 30 ℃ in the first rinsing, which is good for removing detergent.

4. Second Rinsing: Use normal temperature water in the second rinsing and try to rinse clean the remaining washing agent.

5. Dewatering for 4-5 minutes

6. Softening treatment:

Liquor ratio: 1:10, water temperature: 35-40℃, softening agent: 4-6%, smoothing agent: 2-3%,

soaking time: around 20-30 minutes ( time can be adjusted depending on your requirement for different finishing effect).

0.5-1% antistatic agent can be added depending on pilling condition.

7. Dewatering (with rotation rate at or more than 1100PM) is better for remove remaining agent.

8. Drying: temperature:70-80℃, time: around 20 minutes
